Djokovic: New World No. 1
This year has been great for Novak Djokovic. With a 48-1 record this year , he is unstoppable. The only loss being the semi final defeat at french open at the hands of federer. This unrelenting serge by the serbian climbed him to the No. 1 spot and in the process he has managed to win 2 grand slams this year.
So the question is can he sustain his performance....?
I believe that he can. What we are seeing today is the result of his hardwork and perseverence. Even when it was all federer and nadal, he kept on pushing hard sometimes managing to cause a upset. But now after working a lot on his game over the years he has found the right balance of attack and defense. I just hope that he continues like this and win titles that he has long deserved.
